In the recent new iPhone announcement, Apple allegedly claims that they’d accept an iPhone 13 pro max and above for a trade-in up to RM4,620 (US$1,100). However, a TikToker, @hitomidocameraroll states that such offers are not entirely the case.

The TikToker then went on doing his research, some carriers are in fact offering a fair price for a trade-in. But, the condition is the customer has to sign for either a two or three year contract with their respective carriers.
Some may have misinterpreted what the Apple keynote specifically mentioned. They state that they’d offer up to US$1,100. Regardless, others claim that the 13 Pro Max has been a resilient phone, hence Apple may offer more for said device.
