Entrepreneur Datuk Haris Embong has issued a seven-day ultimatum to celebrity activist Rafidah Ibrahim to pay RM281,200 in damages, following a High Court ruling in his favour. The lawsuit, filed in 2021 over two Facebook posts alleging non-payment for services, was decided on July 31.

Haris’s legal team confirmed that formal demands were served in August and again in September, but no payment has been made. The sum includes RM100,000 in personal damages, RM150,000 to Arisprop Holdings, and RM31,200 in legal costs. Haris stated the claim is vital to restore his reputation and warned of enforcement action if unpaid.
