FRANKFURT, Sept 26 — A Singapore Airlines (SIA) Airbus A380 operating flight SQ325 from Frankfurt to Singapore was forced to return to its origin after encountering a technical issue mid-flight.
The aircraft, carrying passengers on a 12-hour journey, turned back about 3 hours and 40 minutes into the flight while cruising at 31,000 feet over the Caspian Sea. It landed safely in Frankfurt after nearly nine hours in the air.
