There is an allegation ongoing out there suggesting that the iPhone 17 Pros getting scratched whilst they’re in their official Apple techwoven iPhone case. Furthermore, the regular iPhone 17s and 16s were both made out of aluminium, but they did not receive the same level of backlash for any alleged scratches.
Users Report iPhone 17 Pros Scratching in Case
An X user claims their phone fell whilst being in Apple’s techwoven case, and it subsequently received scratches. Furthermore, users say it would be better to protect your new pro phone with an actual solid phone case.
Others state the previous generation iPhones also had similar issues. However, this could be an issue that had developed over time, not after a week of owning your shiny new RM6,000 smartphone.
