Mechanic Pleads Not Guilty Now to RM2.1m Gang Robbery of Chinese National

Syed Ali Imran Alqudri Syed Zulkefeli, 42, was accused of robbing Chinese national Chen Kexue, 31, at a Bukit Damansara villa on July 21. The stolen items included a RM1.2 million luxury watch, three gold bars, RM100,000 cash, and five mobile phones.

He was charged under Section 395 of the Penal Code, which carries up to 20 years’ jail and caning. Judge Siti Shakirah Mohtarudin granted RM15,000 bail with one surety and ordered him to surrender his passport. The case will be mentioned on Nov 4. Two accomplices earlier pleaded not guilty to the same charge.
