As of August 31, a total of 64,179 new Bumiputera entrepreneurs have received RM743.86 million in financing through agencies under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives. Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick said reforms under the Public Service Reform Agenda (ARPA) have streamlined application processes, reduced bureaucracy, and accelerated approvals.

TEKUN Nasional now requires only four documents, while AIM accepts just a MyKad copy. SME Corp, SME Bank, PERNAS, and Bank Rakyat have launched digital platforms to ease access. Post-disbursement, agencies conduct regular monitoring to assess impact and ensure accountability. These efforts aim to empower grassroots entrepreneurship and youth-led innovation.
