Thinaah, cruised into the second round of the Denmark Open with a straight-sets victory over Indonesia’s Febi Setianingrum and Rachel Allessya Rose. The world number two duo, fresh off their Arctic Open triumph, sealed the 21-13, 21-17 win in just 35 minutes at Arena Fyn in Odense.

Displaying solid defense and sharp attacking play, they maintained control throughout the match. Tan and Thinaah will next face Japan’s new pairing of Arisa Igarashi and Chiharu Shida in the second round tomorrow.
