Sapura Holdings CEO Shahril Shamsuddin will contest his father’s application in the shariah high court to revoke a RM14.85 million hibah granted to him in 1997. His lawyer, Rafie Shafie, confirmed the challenge during case management, noting the writ was only served on Oct 13.
