On October 17, a confrontation at a Pandan Indah petrol station escalated into violence, leaving a motorist injured. Ampang Jaya police chief Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said the incident began when a lorry driver accused the victim of cutting the queue at the pump.

Despite the victim explaining he used a different pump, the suspect confronted him again after payment, sparking a fight. The victim sustained injuries to his nose, left hand, and head. Bystanders intervened to stop the altercation. Police are now searching for the lorry driver, who fled the scene, to assist in their investigation.
