A café in Dubai, Roasters Specialty Coffee House, has earned a Guinness World Record for selling the world’s most expensive coffee at US$680 (RM2,873) per cup. The V60 brew uses rare Geisha beans from Panama’s Hacienda La Esmeralda, grown in volcanic soil between 1,200 and 1,800 metres above sea level.
Expensive Coffee
Originally from Ethiopia, Geisha beans are prized for their exceptional aroma and complex flavour profile. The manual brewing process and the bean’s exclusivity make it one of the most sought-after coffees globally.
