Marzuk’s Facebook post allegedly portrayed non-Malay and non-Muslim citizens as threats to Malay-Islamic interests, drawing parallels to Israeli oppression.

Syahredzan stressed that Malaysia was built through multiracial cooperation and urged leaders to reject divisive rhetoric. He reminded PAS of the recent Deepavali celebrations as proof of national unity and harmony. Syahredzan also challenged PAS’s allies in Perikatan Nasional and the ‘Ikatan Prihatin Rakyat’ coalition to clarify their stance on Marzuk’s remarks.
