With the ASEAN Summit commencing on Sunday, there have been some road closures in Kuala Lumpur to which netizens are unhappy because of it. Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak are famous for their traffic jams on normal days, and on occasions such as this, it’s even worse.
Netizens Angry at Road Closures
An X user shared a photo of the closed portion of Jalan Ampang, causing a bottle neck on Jalan Tun Razak. X users ask if emergency vehicles are allowed to use said road despite the closure. Additionally, others shared warnings that it would be wiser to return back home.
Regardless, with the sports events and the ASEAN events that have happened this year, it seems that many are unhappy with their days being disrupted.
