The suspects, aged 12 to 71, traded explicit content via Telegram, WhatsApp, and other platforms, with some earning tens of thousands of ringgit. Seventeen have been charged, and 82 devices seized. Authorities warn the illegal trade has evolved into a profit-driven enterprise involving trusted community figures.
