Instagram has introduced a new feature allowing users to view their Reels watch history from the past 30 days. Announced by Instagram head Adam Mosseri, the update helps users find previously watched videos without relying on hashtags or memory.
The feature can be accessed via Profile > Settings > Your Activity > Watch History, where users can sort by date or creator. The rollout addresses long-standing user frustration with rediscovering content on the platform. Meta continues enhancing user control and discovery tools across Instagram as part of its ongoing effort to improve the short-form video experience.
