Gen Z Must Build NOT Wait

With recruiters overwhelmed and feedback scarce, Nason calls the hiring process “dehumanized.” He urges youth to pivot toward entrepreneurship, citing startup thinking as a powerful hedge against uncertainty. From financial literacy to emerging tech like blockchain and robotics, he believes the future belongs to those who build, not wait. “Chase tomorrow’s jobs,” he says, “not yesterday’s.”
