RM456 Million was spent in refurbishing and upgrading the KLIA AeroTrain that famously broke down for a period of time. However, it seems there are alleged technical errors with the new trains, that this morning, passengers had to walk by the side of the tracks to reach the main airport terminal.
KLIA AeroTrain’s Alleged Malfunction
The incident was shared by an X user stating that flight passengers had to carry their cabin luggage and walk to the main terminal in the dark. Others expressed their dissatisfaction towards the situation, especially with the amount of money spent in refurbishing this system.
Netizens also suggested that a bus system should always be in place as this isn’t the first time such an incident happened with the airport transfer trains.
