In lieu of the recent Cambodian scammers ending up being Malaysians, netizens are sharing their concerns towards the matter. Furthermore, an X user suggested if we were to receive a scam call, could we ask these scammers if they need the authorities to help extradite them. 

Possibly Hostaged Scammers, How to Help Them? 

Others joked that they asked these scammers to blink twice if they were a hostage. For obvious reasons, blinking will not help them at all, as phone calls have no visual aids. 

Furthermore, some users claim that these individuals may also choose to go voluntarily. Regardless, it is a scary situation, especially for those who were kidnapped.
