A woman’s body was discovered inside a Nissan Grand Livina parked at a mall along Jalan Song in Kuching, Sarawak, on 29 October, following reports of a foul smell. Authorities believe she had been dead for several days.

The deceased is suspected to be Marianna Liew Ai Jia, a 24-year-old salesperson reported missing since 25 October. She was last seen leaving her home in Tabuan Laru wearing a white t-shirt and black skirt. Police have cordoned off the area and are investigating the cause of death. Forensic teams were seen examining the vehicle and surroundings for evidence.
