KUALA LUMPUR: Taiwanese influencer and model Hsieh Youxin, 31, also known as Iris, was found dead in a Kuala Lumpur hotel on Oct 22. Police confirmed that Hsieh had died of a suspected heart attack, though investigations are ongoing. Hsieh, a former nurse from Taichung known as the “Nurse Goddess,” was admired for her beauty and resilience. Fans continue to flood her social media with messages of grief and disbelief.

Recognisable by her missing ring fingertip, she once revealed it was amputated after an accident at her family’s iron factory. Her final post showed her filming a swimsuit shoot days before her death.
