KUALA LUMPUR: Taiwanese influencer and model Hsieh Youxin, 31, also known as Iris, was found dead in a Kuala Lumpur hotel on Oct 22. Police confirmed that Hsieh had died of a suspected heart attack, though investigations are ongoing. Hsieh, a former nurse from Taichung known as the “Nurse Goddess,” was admired for her beauty and resilience. Fans continue to flood her social media with messages of grief and disbelief.
