Malaysian Boss say Youngster Expect Too Much 

He emphasized the unseen pressures of running a business, from failed deals to delayed payments, and explained that outward signs of wealth—like new cars or overseas trips—are often strategic, not indulgent. 

His message to youth: focus on responsibility and growth, not instant rewards. “If you truly bring value,” he said, “you won’t need to ask—the high salary will come.”
