SINGAPORE — A Grab driver was caught on video watching TikTok throughout a 21-minute trip on Oct 31, raising passenger safety concerns. The passenger, who paid $29.50 for the ride to Craig Road, said the driver only stopped watching in the final minutes to check directions.
