Social media users are expressing their pride towards our passport becoming the third strongest in the world, according to NST. Malaysians understand that it is a privilege visiting other countries without applying for a visa, as most European destinations may require visas for our neighboring countries. 

Malaysia Passport Ranks Third 

With our visa free entries becoming stronger, netizens are hoping for another to be strong as well. Some are sharing their hopes that Ringgit will return to its old rate of RM3 to US$1. Unfortunately, there are comments making contrary statements with regards to our visa-free access strength. 

Some say that there is little to no point of having multiple visa-free access if most Malaysians are unable to travel as well in lieu of affordability. Despite this, the Tourism board shared interesting numbers regarding Malaysians traveling overseas in 2023.
