KUANTAN, Nov 12 — A shocking domestic incident unfolded in KotaSAS when a 44-year-old foreign helper allegedly attacked her employers with knives. According to Kuantan district police chief ACP Ashari Abu Samah, the confrontation began around 8.30am when the employer’s son screamed for help. His 57-year-old mother rushed downstairs, only to find him grappling with the helper.

In the ensuing chaos, both sustained serious injuries — the son lost his left thumb while his mother suffered head wounds. Police recovered six knives and a pair of scissors at the scene. The suspect has been detained for investigation.
