The Singapore-born actor said he wants to break away from being typecast as the “good hero” and explore darker roles. He praised co-star Ummi Nazeera for their natural chemistry and the director’s sensitivity in handling scenes.
Beyond acting, Hisyam, a single father of two teenagers, prioritizes guiding his children’s future while rejecting the “perfect father” label. Following his 2024 divorce, he remains focused on family, open to love only if his children accept it.
