A Malaysian man fell victim to ruthless loan sharks after borrowing RM1,000 in September. Despite repaying RM5,000, his debt snowballed beyond RM10,000. When he met the group at a Selangor mall to negotiate, they forced him into a toilet, stripped him, filmed the act, and spread the images to all his contacts, including colleagues.

Threatened with violence and even being “sold to Myanmar,” he lost his belongings, dignity, and family support. His girlfriend left, and his relatives cut ties due to relentless harassment. At a press conference, the Malaysian Humanitarian Organisation urged police to act against the perpetrators.
