Victims, including Marselus Bouk, 24, and Ira, 24, were recovered from distances ranging between 100m and over 13km from the sinking site. Rescue efforts were hindered by the river’s strong current, forcing divers to halt searches within the hull. Authorities are investigating the cause, citing overloading and swift currents as contributing factors.
