A young life was abruptly ended on Sunday morning when 26-year-old businessman Chong Chee Tong’s sports car collided head-on with a bus along Jalan Krubong–Sungai Badau. The impact left Chong dead at the scene, while the bus driver suffered minor injuries.

Authorities said the car lost control on a clear, dry road, ramming into the bus with no passengers aboard. Friends and family mourn a promising life cut short, a reminder of the fragility of life and the dangers of the road. The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
