The Lions, ranked 155th in the world, now lead Group C with 11 points and cannot be overtaken with one match remaining. Hong Kong opened the scoring through Matt Orr, but Singapore’s resilience prevailed despite a nervy start in front of 47,762 spectators. Ilhan said the achievement was one the “whole country can be proud of.” – Photo: YouTube
