Zahid said MIC’s internal affairs will not be interfered with and that its leadership has full discretion to determine the next steps. The motion is expected to be reviewed by MIC’s Central Working Committee. Zahid also described BN deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan’s proposal for a meeting with MIC leaders as an appropriate approach.
