The Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS) has launched the Yokohama Pulse Day Fun Run 2025 as the opening event of the Road to Pulse Day 2026 campaign. Held during the APHRS Annual Scientific Sessions, the run drew 120 participants from global rhythm societies including JHRS, EHRA, HRS and LAHRS.

APHRS Public Affairs Chair Dr. Dicky Armein Hanafy said the event promotes exercise, pulse checking and early prevention of heart disease. Participants ran around Rinko Park and visited educational booths. APHRS will lead this year’s international effort to raise public understanding of arrhythmias and strengthen preventive heart health actions.
