Police arrested five men aged 17 to 20 after a violent attack outside a nightclub in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, early this morning. Brickfields police chief Hoo Chang Hook said the brawl occurred around 3.40am, leaving two victims seriously injured after being assaulted with sharp objects and metal rods.
Five Youths Arrested
The incident was reportedly sparked by jealousy over a former girlfriend. Both victims are in stable condition and receiving treatment at Ampang Hospital. Police seized metal rods believed to have been used in the attack. Two suspects have prior assault records, and investigations continue under Sections 326 and 148 of the Penal Code.
