Hong Kong’s annual public toilet ranking has placed the Lan Kwai Fong public restroom at the top, surprising many given its heavy nightlife traffic. The Hong Kong Toilet Association said nonstop cleaning and upgraded facilities kept the toilet clean and odour-free.

Kam Tin Shi in Yuen Long and Catchick Street Garden in Kennedy Town ranked second and third. Kowloon City Road in To Kwa Wan was named the worst, with foul smells and wet floors. The association urged authorities to refurbish ageing facilities and improve maintenance.
