Accenture has added 40,000 AI professionals in two years, while EY hired 61,000 since 2023. PwC, meanwhile, is cutting graduate hiring in the US and UK, citing AI’s impact and offshoring. Kande admitted the firm will miss its 2026 recruitment target, reflecting a rapidly changing industry.
