KUALA LUMPUR — Citadel Group has launched UmHajGo, an AI-powered “Super Companion” for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims, in Jakarta, marking its expansion into Indonesia. Developed in Malaysia, the platform integrates AI itinerary planning, licensed travel bookings, AR and 3D navigation, safety alerts, crowd detection, e-locator tools, and post-pilgrimage spiritual content.

The launch was endorsed by ulama Dr. K.H. Marsudi Syuhud for its Syariah compliance and safety-focused design. Through PT Citadel Group Indonesia, the company emphasises localisation, strategic partnerships, and cross-border digital collaboration, strengthening Malaysia’s influence in the halal digital economy and improving pilgrims’ experience across Southeast Asia.
