Anwar said he refuses to campaign by pitting ethnic groups against one another, instead urging unity for the nation’s future. He reminded aspiring leaders to safeguard public trust and dignity, criticising those who make empty promises for power.
Dismissing claims that Sabah lacks resources, Anwar emphasised the state’s potential if managed transparently. He added that preserving peace and harmony among Sabah’s diverse communities is vital for national stability.
