In the United States, it appears that the youngest members of the work force aren’t spending as much as the previous generations did. Unfortunately for them, it seems they’re blamed for not buying as much as they could.
Gen-Zs Blamed for Lack of Retail Spending
The economic situation for the younger generation appears to be less desirable than previous generations. Furthermore, for the US, rent prices are at an all time high, while salaries are either stagnant from the 1990s or are even lower.
Others are blaming the business based economy that the United States has. For the most part, in a capitalist world, the best business with the best product and competitive price wins. But, it appears that today it may no longer be the reality.
