Additionally, social media users say it’s “exhausting” to constantly register for a new random app that is meant to replace a vital service instantly. Another user says these apps mostly look like the work of interns rather than serious government projects.
Others say that elderly people may need to fork out cash to buy newer phones that are able to handle the multiple new apps on their phones.
