It is unclear how true these statements are as many feel the security features of Apple devices should deter them from stealing.
London Thieves Returning Non-iPhones
An X user claims that the resale value for Samsung smartphones are lower than their Apple counterpart. However, in Malaysia, their resale prices should be more or less the same as each other for their latest smartphones.
Others say they can now use their Samsung smartphone as a deterrent to these thieves. This is possibly helpful to those who own smartphones from both companies.
