KAJANG: A heartbreaking search ended in sorrow yesterday when the body of the second missing brother, aged 14, was found trapped in a Taman Prima Saujana retention pond at 8.35pm — just a day after his 12-year-old sibling was declared dead.

The boys had been trying to retrieve a ball from a large drain when strong currents swept them away on Friday. The younger brother was found unconscious two kilometres downstream and pronounced dead at Kajang Hospital. Yesterday’s discovery of the elder boy brought a cruel finality to a tragedy that has left the community in tears. Two young lives, gone in an instant.
