BNY is accelerating its push into agentic AI, integrating Google’s Gemini 3 into its internal platform, Eliza, to streamline complex financial workflows. Gemini 3 can process text, images, tables, PDFs and audio simultaneously, enabling staff to upload mixed financial materials for rapid synthesis.
BNY Expands Agentic AI
Eliza now automates more than 120 tasks, and BNY has deployed over 100 “digital employees” to work alongside staff. Strict safety protocols govern what each AI agent can access or communicate, with model‑risk reviews and daily performance monitoring. Google says Gemini’s strength lies in reasoning through long documents while adhering to a firm’s internal rules and policies.
