20s woman killed as Nissan Grand Livina veers off road and submerges in Sungai Tanjung Agas, Tangkak.
A woman in her 20s tragically died after the Nissan Grand Livina MPV she was driving lost control and plunged into Sungai Tanjung Agas in Tangkak on December 8. The incident occurred at 3.48pm. Firefighters from Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Tangkak rushed to the scene with 10 personnel, a Fire Rescue Tender and an EMRS unit.
MPV plunges
The victim was found trapped inside the submerged vehicle. Rescuers extracted her, but medical personnel confirmed she had succumbed. Her body was handed over to police for further action. The operation concluded at 4.40pm.
