A man was found dead on the balcony with full of burns after fire engulfed a 26th-floor unit at Tiffani Kiara by i-Zen condominium in Mont Kiara early Wednesday. Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department said the building’s fire prevention system malfunctioned, forcing firefighters from four stations to use portable and engine pumps to reach the blaze.
