FAM was also fined CHF10,000 (RM51,414) for breaching Article 19 of FIFA’s 2025 Disciplinary Code.
The decision, chaired by deputy chairman Jorge Palacio on December 12, follows an ongoing probe into player eligibility issues.
FAM plans to request written grounds before deciding next steps.
