The body of missing 53-year-old Suri Narudin was discovered buried in a bag at a vacant house near Kampung Batu 4, Pedas, Rembau on Dec 12. Negeri Sembilan police believe the murder stemmed from a money dispute after the victim demanded payment from the suspect.

Deputy police chief SAC Muhammad Idzam Jaafar said initial probes revealed an argument between them. The main suspect was arrested in Genting Sempah and remanded for questioning. Two men were earlier detained in Melaka and Genting Sempah. Investigations continue to confirm the motive.
