Setapak: Kuala Lumpur police confirmed no fatalities in a multi-vehicle accident involving a Malaysian Red Crescent Society ambulance at Jalan Usahawan 6, Setapak, on December 22. The 8.10am crash injured eight people, including a nine-year-old child.
Ambulance Crash
A viral video captured the ambulance, responding to an emergency with sirens on, entering against a red light and colliding with a car, then hitting motorcyclists. Most sustained minor injuries; one motorcyclist fractured his femur. All received treatment at Kuala Lumpur Hospital. The case is investigated under careless driving laws.
