Nizar, who visited his father, described initial cheer turning to disappointment after Judge Alice Loke dismissed the judicial review on December 22, ruling the alleged royal addendum invalid for breaching pardon procedures under Article 42 of the Federal Constitution.
Packed Belongings
Nizar insisted the addendum exists, handed to him by the Pahang Sultan, and vowed the family would continue fighting for Najib’s release.
