JOHOR BAHRU – Singaporean part-time actor P Suresh, 46, and three Malaysians – businessman Chua Chin Heng, 56; his wife Loe Sou Peng, 55; and son Axl Chua Kai Jun, 27 – were charged over a Dec 21 brawl at a Jalan Serigala shopping mall.

The fight erupted after a bump spilled beer, leading to punches and damaged signage, as seen in viral videos. A second scuffle occurred at Larkin police station. Suresh pleaded guilty to causing hurt and disorderly conduct, fined RM1,500 and RM500 respectively. The Chuas pleaded not guilty. Bail was set at RM5,000 each; case mention on Jan 27, 2026.
