The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a severe continuous heavy rain warning for Pahang and Johor until Monday, with Kuantan, Pekan, Rompin, and Mersing among the affected areas.

Additional warnings cover Kelantan, Terengganu, and other districts in Pahang and Johor. Thunderstorms, strong winds, and heavy rain are also forecast across seven states and Labuan until 6 pm today, including parts of Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Sarawak, and Sabah.
MetMalaysia urged road users and residents to remain vigilant, as severe weather continues to impact multiple regions nationwide, raising risks of flooding and disruption to daily activities.
