LAKELAND, Florida: A heated argument over watching a Monday Night Football game turned deadly when Jason Kenney, 47, fatally shot his wife Crystal and wounded his 13-year-old stepdaughter before taking his own life on December 22. Hours earlier, Kenney shared cheerful 49ers memes and a disturbing post warning “Satan wants your wife” while tagging Crystal.
Drunken Husband
Sheriff Grady Judd said the intoxicated husband exploded in rage when Crystal suggested changing the channel as the game neared its end. Their 12-year-old son fled to neighbors to call 911 amid gunfire. Crystal’s aunt mourned the devastating loss, blaming “booze, drugs and guns” for destroying the family just days before Christmas.
