Johor Bahru police have arrested 12 Vietnamese men and one woman following a violent armed brawl at a restaurant in Taman Mount Austin on Saturday. The incident, captured in a viral video, occurred around 3:50am when a group attacked victims with metal chairs and a meat cleaver, causing head, arm, leg injuries and multiple abrasions.
